    When was NFC Direct established?

    NFC Direct was established in 2012 with the aim of spreading Contactless around the World. We supply our products globally, including NFC Tags, Products, Devices & Solutions. 

    Can NFC Direct deliver to anywhere in the World?

    Yes, we can deliver to most parts of the World. Our trusted partner to fulfil all of our deliveries is DHL. Their highly reputable logistics cover most of the globe. 


    What are the lead times?

    At NFC Direct we produce to order to allow for customisations. Due to this our lead times can be up to 20 working days for most of our products, apart from our NFC Sample Packs, and NFC Readers. Rest assured, our team are always working hard to get your products to you as quick as possible, and this is usually before the maximum lead time that is specified on the product listing. Please take this into consideration before completing your order.

    How do I know when my order has been dispatched?

    When your order has been completed by production and has been dispatched we will send you an email confirming your order has been dispatched. Depending on where you are located around the World you will receive your order within 1-3 working days via DHL Express. For more information on delivery please go to our 'Delivery & Returns' page. 

    Am I able to pay by Bank Transfer?

    Although we encourage you to order securely through our website to make it an easy and quick transaction, we can accept payments by Bank Transfer if preferable. Please contact us directly and we will generate an invoice for payment for your products. Production for your products will start once full payment is received and you will receive your goods within the specified lead time.
