    When was NFC Direct established?

    NFC Direct was established in 2012 with the aim of spreading Contactless around the World. We supply our products globally, including NFC Tags, Products, Devices & Solutions. 

    Can NFC Direct deliver to anywhere in the World?

    Yes, we can deliver to most parts of the World. Our trusted partner to fulfil all of our deliveries is DHL. Their highly reputable logistics cover most of the globe. 


    How do I know when my order has been dispatched?

    When your order has been completed by production and has been dispatched we will send you an email confirming your order has been dispatched. Depending on where you are located around the World you will receive your order within 1-3 working days via DHL Express. For more information on delivery please go to our 'Delivery & Returns' page. 

    Am I able to pay by Bank Transfer?

    We accept payments by Bank Transfer. When ordering your product(s) simply continue through the checkout process as normal and select 'Bank Transfer' as your payment method. You will then receive an additional email with your invoice attached and payment instructions to complete your order. Production for your products will start once full payment is received and you will receive your goods within the specified lead time.
